Dispatch Time - We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of payment being received.
Delivery Methods - We offer a variety of different shipping methods which can be selected during checkout.
Delivery Time - This will depend on the method chosen. If you have a specific deadline then please let us know and we will advise on the best method
Countries we ship to - At the moment we are only able to ship within the United Kingdom
Packaging - The shipping costs cover the cost of suitable packing materials to ensure that your order arrives safely. We use recycled packaging wherever possible and encourage you to recycle or reuse these materials.
Returns and Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if it is not suitable for any reason, we are happy to refund your purchase providing it is:
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- In its original undamaged packaging.
- In the same condition as you received it.

Method of Return - We will make the arrangements for the return shipping by the most suitable method and advise you of this.
