Royal Mail Returns

To return an item to The Spice Cellar via Royal Mail Tracked Returns please follow the procedure below.  This is for small parcels under 2kg - If you have a larger / heavy parcel please contact us for alternative methods of retun

  1. Contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number and product SKU
  2. Pack securely in original packaging and box and seal securely
  3. Visit the following link for Royal Mail Returns
  4. Tracked returns | Royal Mail Group Ltd
  5. In the search box enter The Spice Cellar and it will find us and you will see our logo
  6. Select “Box”
  7. Select “Yes” its smaller than…
  8. Enter the Return Authorisation Number which we have supplied to you
  9. Enter the Product Code / SKU which we have supplied to you
  10. Fill in your details
  11. Click to create a postage label
  12. Print and attach to the parcel – Do not tape over the barcodes
  13. Drop in at any convenient Post Office and obtain a proof of posting and it will then return to us

When the parcel is returned safely to us we will issue a refund back to payment method used.

Please Note: We will refund the full price of any item that is received back undamaged and in unused condition.  We do not refund the original postage charge unless the item was faulty on delivery.
