Product Information - Just north of Cape Town, South Africa, there is a relatively untouched herbal tea called organic red bush or Rooibos. Steenbergs organic loose leaf Rooibos (red bush) is low in tannin, caffeine-free, contains natural sweeteners and is rich in essential minerals. And just like classic organic teas, it's packed full of antioxidants. Brew light, or stronger if adding milk.

Brewing tip: brew the European way with 1 teaspoon of leaf per 2-cup pot (2.5g per 180ml water). Add boiling water, infuse for 4 minutes. Do not add milk. In South Africa it is brewed stronger, with milk and sugar. Double the quantity and the brewing time
