Product Information - In Morocco, the master of the house is in charge of making fresh mint tea. It is a mix of organic green tea and fresh mint leaves served with sugar. Steenbergs Organic have blended their own version of this delicious tea. Their master blender takes a clean tasting organic green tea from India and blends this (in small batches) with organic peppermint to create a refreshing, healthful organic green tea flavoured with mint.
Brewing tip: Use a warmed tea-pot and put 1 teaspoon of the tea into the pot, add freshly boiled water that has slightly cooled and leave to infuse for 3 - 4 minutes.
