Product Information - The name dandelion is corrupted from French meaning 'teeth of the lion'.  It is packed with beneficial substances including potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and iron and contains vitamins A, B, C and D and is one of the richest natural sources of beta-carotene!  Dandelion traditionally has many uses and is said to aid water retention, poor digestion, diseases of the liver, purify the blood, joint problems, kidney problems, eczema, support the pancreas, gallbladder and spleen, and aid anemia.  Health Disclaimer - Please Read

Brewing Advice - One heaped teaspoon per mug. Add fresh boiling water (100 deg C). Steep for seven to ten minutes.
