Product Information - Steenbergs Organic Mulling Wine Spices are loose organic spices mixed together to give a great luxurious flavour to your wine. This is a classic mix of organic Fairtrade mulling spices, comprising organic nutmeg , organic cloves , organic allspice and organic cinnamon quills all chopped down to a coarse consistency.

Use 1tbsp to one 750ml bottle of average quality red wine, and simmer over a low heat in a heavy bottomed casserole dish. We add a glass of orange juice and 1tbsp of sugar to the mix, but both of these are optional. Orange juice tastes much fresher that using orange peel.
