Product Information - Steenbergs blend of spices to help you create delicious Thai food. They couldn't leave out lime leaves as they view them as essential to this mix, so the blend remains non-organic as they don't have a source for organic lime leaves as yet.  Add to stir fries, Thai curries, noodle soup amongst others.  This blend, like all Steenbergs blends, is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and is gluten free.
