We couldn't leave out lime leaves as we view them as essential to this mix, so the blend remains non-organic as we don't have a source for organic lime leaves as yet.  Add to stir fries, Thai curries, noodle soup amongst others.  This blend, like all Steenbergs blends, is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and is gluten free.
