Product Information - Flavoured salts are some of the oldest seasoning mixes. Celery salt is probably the classic of all of these, combining sea salt with the distinctive fresh medicinal flavour of celery. Steenbergs add a small amount of organic ground cumin to provide some extra depth of taste and earthy warmth. Use Steenbergs organic celery salt to flavour soups or to dip in your quail or gull eggs - or even a humble chicken egg. One of the other classic uses for celery salt other use is with Bloody or Virgin Mary's.
