Product Information - Steenbergs Rainbow Sugar Strands - or Hundreds and Thousands - are colourful, multi coloured sugar strands perfect for adding that little bit of razzmatazz to your home baking. Steenbergs range of Home Bakery decorations is as clean label as we are able to get it - no nasty, artificial colours with the colours all deriving from plant materials. Bake yourself some great cupcakes and then sprinkle these to add that rainbow of colour over the icing on top of the cake.

Ingredients - sugar, wheat starch, modified maize starch; acacia gum; glucose syrup; colours: mixed carotenes, curcumin, spinach extract, anthocyanin, beetroot red; glazing agent: carnauba wax
