Product Information - Steenbergs Dark Chocolate Strands - or Dark Vermicelli - is part of Steenbergs range of cake decorations. Steenbergs have tried to create a range that was organic but have had to admit defeat here and so have gone for a range that has as no nasties or artificial colours - or kept these to a minimum. These dark chocolate strands are gorgeous sprinkled liberally over cupcakes or your chocolate cake, and even taste delicious eaten by that sneaky home baker when at home.

Ingredients - Dark Vermicelli - sugar, wheat starch, fat reduced cocoa powder, vegetable fat, wheat flour, emulsifier: lecithin, glazing agent: gum Arabic, shellac

Allergen information - contains gluten and wheat. Not suitable for vegetarians.

Packaging - Stylish and functional glass jar with metal lid - Refillable or both parts are fully recyclable
