More about Rosemary

Latin Name - Rosmarinus officinalis

Rosemary grows wild on Mediterranean coasts and its Latin name means "Dew of the Sea"  It is reputed to strengthen the memory and is often used as a symbol of remembrance.  It contains strong anti-inflammatory and antiseptic oils and is said also to have a calming effect.
