Product Information - Herbes de Provence is a classic French blend of dried herbs. It has some of the pungency of mixed herbs and bouquet garni, but the strength is softened through the addition of tarragon, celery and lavender. The core of Steenbergs organic Herbes de Provence, is organic thyme with its characteristic sharpness and organic bay with its camphor tones. To this, we add organic marjoram and organic parsley giving the mix freshness with an almost new-mown-grass smell. These are then softened through the addition of organic tarragon’s anise-freshness, the lightness of organic celery seeds and the floral tastes of organic lavender.
Hand-blended by Steenbergs Organic from organic thyme, organic marjoram, organic parsley, organic tarragon, organic lavender, organic celery seeds and organic bay leaves.
