Best Before date and you are advised to check this before using the

Food Usage
- The Spice Cellar does not
sell its products as medical or health products. Should you intend
using them for health purposes, you must seek and take advice from
qualified medical professionals. It is totally at your risk if you
intend to use our products for these health purposes. |

Availability - Sometimes for
various reasons some products may not be available - These will
normally be identified during the checkout process, however in the
event that we cannot supply an item ordered and paid for, a full
refund will be given.

When we charge your card and payment
security - We take the security of our customers'
payment information very seriously - through our
checkout provider, Roman Cart we use the
Paypal online payment system to guarantee this security. Paypal
encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not
tampered with. Paypaltakes responsibility
for capturing and storing card details on its secure servers - it
always ensures that this information is managed with the very high
levels of security you would expect from a major financial services
company. No-one at The Spice Cellar sees,
or can access, your card details.
Payment for goods is required in advance. The
Spice Cellar only charges your credit or debit card at the
time of ordering. |

Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this

- Postage is charged by packed item weight and is
automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping basket.
Within the UK I use either Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Parcel Post. If you
have any special requirements then please contact me. If your
order is urgent then contact me and I can give you a next day
delivery cost. |

Outside
UK -
Postage is charged by
packed item weight and is automatically calculated and displayed in
your shopping basket. I use Royal Mail Airmail Packets.
If you have any special requirements then please contact me.
Unfortunately, due to custom restrictions on importing herbs and
spices I cannot send any of these products outside the EU |

Packaging - Packaging does cost
money and I charge this at cost price within the postal charge. For
environmental reasons and to keep costs to a minimum don't be
surprised if I use some clean recycled material. All items will be
well packed - Its no use to anyone if the item is damaged or broken
on arrival. Most of the packing material I use can be recycled. |

Delivery Time - Orders will
normally be processed within 5 working days of payment being
received - Delivery time is then subject to the normal Royal Mail
delivery times, depending on service chosen. If you have
specific delivery criteria then please contact me so I can advise
you on alternative methods of postage. If there is likely to
be a delay with your order then I will notify you as soon as
possible

Refunds and Returns |

Refunds and Returns - I want you
to be delighted every time you buy from me. Occasionally though, I
know you may want to return items. That's why under our "no
quibbles" guarantee if, for any reason you are unhappy with your
purchase, you can return it to me in the
same condition as you received it within 14 days of the date you
received the item. I will then, and only
then, issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. This
returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please
contact us first so we can expect the return and you are advised to
obtain a proof of
postage.
