Descriptions - We always describe the items as accurately as possible and the description will clearly identify the size/ weight/pack style of the product.

Pricing - Prices are subject to change without notice

Weight - All weights shown in the product description are approximate (sometimes more, sometimes less by a few grams) as the jars are packed by volume and therefore the product weight can vary slightly from batch to batch.  All items will have the exact weight on the item.  If you would like to check the exact weight of current stock please contact us.

Best Before Dates - All food products have a Best Before Date and you are advised to check this before using the products.  Best Before Dates visible in pictures on the website are for illustration only.

Food Usage - The Spice Cellar  does not sell its products as medical or health products. Should you intend using them for health purposes, you must seek and take advice from qualified medical professionals. It is totally at your risk if you intend to use our products for these health purposes.

Availability - Sometimes for various reasons some products may not be available - These will normally be identified during the checkout process, however in the event that we cannot supply an item ordered and paid for, a full refund will be given.

Payment Methods and Checkout Process

Checkout Process - The checkout and payment process is handled safely and securely by Roman Cart and all payment pages are SSL encrypted.

When we charge your card and payment security - We take the security of our customers' payment information very seriously - through our checkout provider, Roman Cart we use the Paypal online payment system to guarantee this security.  Paypal encrypts stored transaction information, ensuring that it's not tampered with. Paypal takes responsibility for capturing and storing card details on its secure servers - it always ensures that this information is managed with the very high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company. Payment for goods is required in advance. The Spice Cellar only charges your credit or debit card at the time of ordering.

Privacy Policy - The Spice Cellar does not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. 

Credit and Debit Cards - All major credit and debit cards are accepted - All transactions are processed externally to our web site securely via Paypal.  You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service. 

Payment by Telephone - We accept credit / debit card payments by telephone - You can select this option during checkout

Payment by Cheque - We accept cheque payments - You can select this option during checkout

Paypal  - Accepted - If you have a Paypal account then you can log into your account during the secure checkout process.
